We rode the cable car through the ropeway and enjoyed the magnificence of the mountains as we feast our eyes of the beautiful scenery. Felt so close to nature, was amazed how beautiful the leaf-changing process could be! I Praise God for a touch of heaven that very moment!

It was our wedding anniversary celebration that made us decide to climb the ropeway to Mount Gozaisho. Known for its winter sports fun and the glorious view of the mountains, we wrapped ourselves up in preparation for the coldness we are about to endure (it was November and winter just started)

If you go by train, get to Yunoyama Onsen station on the Kintetsu Yunoyama Line. First get to Kintetsu Yokkaichi and transfer to Yunoyama Onsen Station.
By car, take Route 477 west from the Yokkaichi Interchange on the Higashi Meihan. Drive through Komono and after passing through the town make sure follow signs for Yunoyama Onsen.
