Hello loves!
Here comes April! Life in this Pandemic is hard but we have to hang on and cooperate!
2020 year starts with a lot of struggles, and we have witnessed it and no one is prepared!
March has been extremely busy here and I know, pretty hard during this time of the Corona crisis. I can’t find a suitable time
to write and do things first at home! Oh, there so many things to do and just glad things get slow now (still worry, moms, do, always!)
all have been in extreme caution, countries having a hard time keeping up with the patients all over the world.
In my little corner in Japan, although we don’t have a surge of infections, still precautionary measures are done!
My articles are pending and just happy to sit here and finally, update my blog, and you!
“Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you. I give to you not as the world gives. Don’t be troubled or afraid.
Book of John 14:27 tells us not to be troubled or afraid when times like this come! I am always in awe of how faith can
sustain us (whatever congregation/denomination you belong). It is a rock that makes us strong and holds on. As for me,
being away from family and having a family of my own here in a faraway land is kinda scary, if you don’t have something
to hold or lean on. But, faith for me, sustains that! So, we will be positive that whatever happens, you will never get wary of anything
because Someone up there is just protecting and covering you with His mighty hands!

Don’t forget to do the essentials
- Wash hands with soap and water
- Eat nutritious foods
- Get enough sleep and rest
- Avoid crowds until the infections in your place clear off
- Pray and give thanks in every small blessing you received each day
- If you can, help fellowmen
I will leave this video to you and hope everyone’s safety!
This year is very challenging especially the past month. Now that our ECQ is extended, this becomes more challenging. Indeed, Life in this Pandemic is a time for being extra productive and helpful.
Use this time wisely and being productive should be our choice.
I try not to read only about coronavirus these days. It lessens my worries at times. There are still good news other even at times like this, I tell myself. I love how you quote John 14:27. Been relying on my faith too and always make a conscious effort to encourage myself in the Word. Praying everything is well at your end.
grabe ano kakaibang first 3 months of the year. matindi ang 2020!!!!! pero im sure we will all be able to make it.
Though we sometimes see this pandemic as negative, it has brought some things to ponder on and move on positively. And yes, we must believe that SOMEONE UP THERE is certainly watching over us despite these troublesome times.
I can’t also write the way I used to thinking about what is happening to the world. You are right that we should remain positive and calm and hoping that was happening now will be over soon.
It’s maybe really hard for every one of us especially this time but it really helps us to be more considerate, helpful to others and be more optimistic. God is good, he will never leave us all alone.
True!
Apart from being updated and following religiously set protocols to keep the virus at bay, one thing we must expect now is the occurring “new normal”. A disruption that really affects the global economy down to our usual routines. Keep safe always there.
Tama, ang nakagawian ay hindi na magiging normal for it will cost lives if this virus persists ..
Pasaway ang 1st quarter ni 2020. Pero pray lang tayo at maniwala na matatapos din at babalik sa normal ang lahat. Keep safe po!
Thank you, sabi mo! Likewise there <3
Kung app lang siya pwede uninstall hehe
I know that the world will never be the same but I focus on moving ahead for the future. I am now spending my time enjoying at home, reading more books, writing and editing videos and photos, etc. etc. Feels the same on my usual activities (I’m introvert!) but it is fine.
I love the Sakura video in the end! To be honest, I also have lots of pending articles. I just can’t write about my travels and food in this time of COVID-19. I’ll probably focus on topics that will boost the morale of my readers instead of making them want to crave for food and travel. Hahaha!
Tama, marami na bad vibes at negative news! Go, pretty!
So much has happened this 2020 to think na we are just in the first quarter of the year. But, I believe that God has greater plans and that He is in control.
I totally relate to what you’re feeling. I also agree that we need people to lean on during this time and our faith should be stronger. We can get through this!!
We can and we should! We are the storytellers of this pandemic in the future!
Ahhh life in this pandemic has been exhausting emotionally but it has also made me relax and settle down at home. This may sound insensitive and for that, my apologies. But I have naturally settled down in a sense that I haven’t craved going out and I am glad my husband is mostly at home and my children are at home 24/7 because their school started with e-learning back in February.
Yes, there are some blessings in disguise along the way naman 🙂
This year is full of life lessons as the world challenge us with a lot of things. Just like what the world believes in, this too shall pass. Lalaban tayo, Pilipinas! ☺️☺️
Laban at huwag panghinaan ng loob!
Grabe sobrang ang daming nangyare, first quarter pa lang ng taon napakadami nang kaganapan, But I know God has better plans for us and He will not give us obstacles that we cannot endure, we just have to keep our faith. I love the video very calming and sakura, I hope I can see it in person soon with my family
couldnt agree with you more! umpisa pa lang ng taon dami ng tragedies, but this what makes people strong. pero sana nga everyone would be cooperative. And thanks for the Bible Verse, very comforting
Awww the video you shared is truly uplifting. The sakura flowers signify hope and new beginnings ? I hope this pandemic ends soon. Praying for everyone’s safety as well ??
Our faith in God gives us confidence that all of this will be over soon and the world will be safe again. Thanks for the reminder. Really, God is our light in the darkness!
