This year probably is the worst year of my life or our life..
because of the inexplicable things that happened due to the Covid struggle all over the world.
Many had lost their jobs.
Many of us lost one of our loved ones this year.
So, you may ask?

1.) Hold on to your positivity! – Yes, a positive mindset has never been crucial during these times!
When all you want to scream, count again those blessings, there will always be something to thank for!
2.) Gardening – Never have been people turn to plants during this time! Plants and the soil had its soothing
effect to a tired and stressed soul.
3.) Travel alone – The solitude can be therapeutic. When this time, we all need to avoid the crowd, having a
date with yourself surely has its positive effects. Mine always heal through my solo walks. And doesn’t have
to be far, your garden or backyard will do. With caution, of course, you can have the freedom which places to go.
For me, the therapeutic way can sometimes be shopping or window shopping!
Let me share mine below.
Pandemic has changed the lives of everyone. These lists made me think that there are so many things we are missing out.

I agree, now more than ever we have to hold onto positivity! A beautiful reminder!
Holding on to positivity is so important. Some days that is the most difficult thing to do.
Great tips! In this difficult time, it is important to stay positive and happy.
It’s not been an easy time for anyone, it’s something new for everyone. Your tips on saying positive are surely helpful.
It’s really difficult to hold on to happiness now but if we look at the little things that we have been overlooking like time with family, we find happiness. Thank you for the tips.
Thanks for sharing this, we all need it right now. Holding on to positivity is a strong point that can help us move forward.
We always hear you can be anything you want to be, but your life’s quality mostly depends on you and how you see yourself. But, how you live with the cards you are dealt with, so to speak, can and is one of the secrets, to living your best life, despite the pandemic.
It’s a struggle for sure, but there are lots of ways to still be happy during the pandemic, as you mentioned.
This is a great list. I have my days where I am just over it all, but I remind myself I am doing my part to keep people safe because I am staying home. But I am so BORED! lol
I agree with gardening giving happiness. I’ve been enjoying this old hobby of gardening and feel like I am back to my childhood. It was wonderful and gives me peace, no stress, and happiness.
Things that keep me happy during this pandemic are cooking, reading, singing in the shower, and taking walks while listening to music.
Ic cannot believe it is September as well! It’s important to hold onto positivity just like you said. Gardening has also become a new hobby for myself.
I find myself going through major waves of emotions right now. It can be really hard to stay positive when all you see and hear is so much negativity. But I do find that taking some time just for me. Taking a car ride alone and blasting my favorite music and grabbing a cup of coffee helps. I haven’t started a garden yet but I’ve been thinking about it. We are moving into fall but it’ll be hot where I’m at for a while still, so I may give it a try.
You can do it! We can beat it with our mindset! Sending prayers and virtual hugs! <3
It’s literally a struggle with every single thing, the routine, the kids at home, their homework the household work and being happy is literally the biggest struggle right now. I don’t even feel motivated to get up in the morning ?
Yes, as humans, we all feel that mostly these times but reaffirmation to ourselves and strengthening the insides or call it “mind conditioning” really helps! (Been doing this myself and so relate to the struggles but no, I will never give in to the negativity around) 🙂
Indeed a good idea that no matter what’s happening in our world we still find ways to be happy.
We all need a dose of happiness and positivity these days. Thank you for sharing your tips! These mean a lot to many people.
Thanks for sharing this. This pandemic my mama, aunts, and a lot of my friends became PLANTITAs. Halos everyday mga halaman ang laman ng FB feeds ko. 🙂
I agree! Gardening has been helping me too. Though kahit gusto ko mag travel, i think di pa ko allowed kasi below 21. Nice post!
Thank you for this. This pandemic made me extremely sad and my mind health is not cooperating well. Now I am reading and planting coz it’s therapeutic for me.
